Recently, a 40-year-old photographer and website developer near Dallas, Texas was performing intense exercise. His heart rate raised high from one hundred and forty to one hundred and eighty beats per second. At that time, he was working on his rowing machine. He came to know that something wrong is happening in his body and stopped to exercise. He went directly to meet his physician. Exercise is important, but it does not mean that you have to strain or stress yourself. It has chances to strain your heart.
Most people take this example in a wrong way which they give up exercising. Exercising is one of the best ways to avoid stroke and heart disease. The majority of death in the United States are due to stroke and heart disease. It was released by the American Heart Association. It is recommended to perform vigorous exercises, at least, seventy-five minutes each week or moderate exercise of about one hundred and fifty minutes each week.
Here is the warning
More intense exercise is not advisable. If you are a person with certain heart conditions, you have to limit your exercise activities. Exercise is helpful when you do on regular basis. It is wrong when you try to do something harsh or worse.

If you are suffering from medical conditions like diabetes, high cholesterol or hypertension, have a family account of heart attack, sudden death due to heart problem or heart disease or all the above, you have to consult your physician. Do not start your exercise plan without talking to your physician. Dr. Drezner – family physician at the Washington University states that there are chances to experience worse tragedy or sudden death when you are at the playing field. Young athletes should test for possible heart conditions. It is just a protection step to safeguard your heart.

Most obese people have a thinking that exercising can benefit them in various ways. There are chances for sudden heart diseases if you do not give rest to your body or rest while working out. When you perform strenuous exercises, it can make your normal body into abnormal. You have to know your heart rate, body heat changes, fatigue level, and sweat before starting a workout routine.
